An outgoing and experienced tax professional who enjoys advising individuals and businesses on the tax implications of ordinary and sophisticated business transactions.I mainly focus on tax planning and compliance for closely-held businesses, individuals, and expatriate Americans. Some areas of tax that I focus on include (but are not limited to), entity selection, transaction planning, mergers & acquisitions, redemptions, international tax planning, real estate tax, and executive compensation. My GAAP experience is preparing, compiling, and reviewing financial statements for closely-held businesses. I also have experience providing a variety of different agreed-upon procedures. I am knowledgeable about revenue recognition, accounting for income taxes and accounting for stock-based compensation.In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world and being outside.
