I have represented pipeline companies and shippers in Section 4 and 5 litigated rate case proceedings. I have served as project counsel to numerous greenfied pipeline development projects and pipeline expansion projects, advising on all regulatory matters and drafting and negotiating all project agreements. I have successfully briefed and argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
