ABOUT STEFAN JAHN
I studied \"Banking & Finance\" in a Bachelor\'s degree and \"Finance & Accounting\" in a Master\'s degree. I also completed the \"CPEA\" study program at the TUM School of Management. I started my career at a savings bank as a branch manager. After this experience I moved to the Thüringer Aufbaubank (Development Bank of Thuringia), where I worked mainly in the credit risk division and economic support division. Since 2014, I have been part of the investment team at the Venture Capital and Private Equity firm bm|t. Currently I have 7 companies in my portfolio, all in the Life Sciences sector. So far, I have managed over 28 financing rounds with a total volume of more than EUR 45 million. In addition, I was involved in a company acquisition for a high double-digit million amount. Furthermore, I was able to realise a successful exit of an investee partner in the field of GMP-compliant production of oligonucleotides to a listed strategist.
