Lead and manage the R&D transformation program for 250 engineers from inception to completion incl. organizational structure, processes and culture & enablement- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and adoption- Identify of 11 clusters with 103 measures for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness- Definition and implementation of a R&D Process Landscape with 14 sub processes areas like Systems Engineering, Product Safety and Embedded Security- Leading and supporting of several initiatives like recommendations and updating steering of the project and product portfolio, implementation of a product lifecycle and material master data management framework, roll-out of a target setting process (OKR´s), R&D budget planning 2025/26- In charge to implement new software tools for Requirements Engineering and collaboration tools- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and constraints- Lead internal and external cross-functional teams/ service partners to implement process improvements and operational changes- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the organization- Provide training and support to employees to enhance their skills and capabilities- Conduct performance analysis and provide recommendations for organizational and process optimization- Direct report to the CTO- Act as a true thought / sparrings / feedback partner and advisor to the Executive Team- Preparing of content and slides for the Overside Board (MAN / VW)
