Active in a hybrid role as a team lead and programme manager. Managed the further professionalization of our collaboration platforms, supported the execution of the global learning platform and Academy, the global product information programme and the handling for business requirements to the Global IT. Furthermore, acted as programme lead for the harmonization of the group wide infrastructure by setting up a project framework to migrate 11 different tenants, professionalizing the target environment by implementing a cloud security operating center, the Azure basis and enrolling 1500 modern work placing. On top, the first globally supported service has been established with regards to M365. A global train the trainer concept to manage the change and user adoption have been designed and executed.
