Within my role as Chief Operations Officer, I lead Thruvision’s global operations, including supply chain, logistics, product fulfilment and customer support. My key focuses have been on:• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes, product delivery and customer experience.• Ensuring operational compliance with international standard and support security accreditations• Partnering with the executive team on strategic planning, resource allocation and scaling roadmaps• Managing third-party manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensuring product quality and on-time delivery• Oversee commercial and operational strategy to enable deliverable growth and delivery in regulated sectors (e.g. government, customs, transport security)As a result, I’ve reduced order fulfilment lead times, strengthened customer service, and expanded capacity to support growing demand.
