My personal management style is highly collaborative, and I enjoy working directly with clients to provide insights to a range of business challenges, from determining how evolving consumer payments behaviors and needs should influence new card and non-card product development, to managing uncertain regulatory environments associated with Open Banking, to balancing the need for IT modernization with the practical considerations of operating budgets.
