ABOUT STEFAN CRISTEA
I am an undergraduate student at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in Actuarial Science. My experience as a Student Asset Manager for the UF Department of Psychiatry allowed me to collaborate closely with finance professionals, developing my analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address the department’s challenges. Guided by mentorship and teamwork, I learned how strategic financial management can drive meaningful organizational outcomes.Looking ahead, I aspire to become a Financial Risk Manager, helping companies navigate today’s volatile global markets and build long-term stability and growth. Beyond academics, I find purpose through service, such as spending my weekend mornings tutoring English to Romanian students and inspiring others to join in expanding educational access. Through both finance and philanthropy, I strive to leave a lasting impact on the business world and grow into a principled leader who uplifts others along the way.
