I manage a custom sign company which produces a wide variety of signs and graphics to help businesses improve their brand image and attract new customers.A significant part of my responsibilities is business development to ensure continued growth in sales and profitability. I focus on customer relationship building, engaging with existing customers and prospects, and diversifying our customer base in strategically important industries for the company. This includes preparing and sending quotes, sometimes negotiating prices and the scope of work, and scheduling production.Further responsibilities lay with directing staff to achieve operational excellence and improving the production workflow.The Sign & Graphics Manufaktur Inc is a full service custom sign and graphics manufacturing company, making all types of indoor and out door signs, as well as vehicle wraps. We design and produce most of our signs in-house and we install them as well. We manage the projects for our customers where we rely on the expertise of our trusted suppliers.
