I oversee a vast array of projects in over 25 jurisdictions and am proficient in plan review for structural design, architectural, MEP, fire life safety, and accessibility. I am a certified Building Official and CASp. I review both commercial and residential plans for conformance with jurisdictional requirements. I also help bring in new business to help cities for staffing and plan check needs, and create proposals to respond to jurisdictions request for proposals.
