The mission of the Operational & Process Excellence team is to inspire a best-in-class culture of continuous improvement and excellence in execution that empowers colleagues and enables processes to function effectively and efficiently. The Head of Operational & Process Excellence North America is an exceptional professional driving harmonization, alignment and the implementation of standardized processes that result in productivity gains and effectiveness/ efficiencies across all of ZEISS North America activities.
