With £100 in my pocket, I moved to London from a small town in South Africa to build my future. After a few odd jobs, I landed a position at IBM. Within three years, I progressed into a career in property management, where I managed sixty associates and oversaw the facilities department of 23 business continuity sites across the United Kingdom. Upon relocation to the Pacific Northwest, I chased the American dream, parlaying my international experience while pursuing my accounting degree, CPA certification, and MBA at night and on weekends. With my experience in public accounting and leading large finance and accounting teams with empathy and enthusiasm, I am eager to make positive contributions to organizations and teams.
