ABOUT STEFAN B.
I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for a number of years. My background within care is varied. I have worked within Residential and Dementia settings, Nursing settings alongside Complex Care Supported living services and Domiciliary Care services. I am now the Head of Operations and Development at BNR Group. At BNR Group we provide a number of different service under the Group Umbrella. We currently oversee a number of Complex Care Supported Living Houses alongside a flourishing Outreach Care. Alongside this we have a HuB and Resource Center for people with learning disabilities and autism to access, take part in structured sessions and activities and start to create there own networks. BNR Consultancy also provides support to other care providers with governance, business plans and development of there organisation. This has been extremely successful over the last year. Through consultations we have mangled to support companies provide care in a number of different settings, such as Ambulance Transport, Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and much more.
