As the Program Manager of the Inception Program in Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey (META), I am responsible for overseeing and providing vital support to over 700+ startups across these regions. My role involves managing the startup selection process, offering mentorship, and facilitating access to crucial resources, such as technical expertise, marketing assistance, and funding opportunities, through collaboration with cross-functional teams. I organize impactful events and workshops to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among startups, while also meticulously tracking their progress and assessing their impact on the META startup ecosystem. Additionally, I actively engage with external partners, including government organizations, investors, and industry experts, to create further avenues of support and opportunities for startups within the program.
