I’m a designer who writes, a father of four and a husband of one. Since 2003, I’ve helped brands ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies navigate inflection points and create durable brand and business equities. On any given day, you’ll find me designing, directing, writing, presenting, researching or thinking. Second: in elementary school, I was a quiet kid who only got in trouble for staring out of windows.I still stare out of windows a lot, but I\'ve gotten better at sharing what I find in the wild blue yonder and putting it into action.Since 2020, I’ve been running Steel Brothers, a brand transformation consultancy for businesses that are ready for significant change. Seeing my clients thrive after working with me – 10× over four years in one case – has been wonderful.I’ve always been fascinated by what makes other people tick. I love inspiring and mentoring other creatives, helping them discover their true gifts and hone their craft. My leadership style focuses on innovation, meaning and authenticity. I believe that bold ideas never break, that beauty isn\'t a luxury, and above all I believe that God is making all things new.While I’m a man of faith, I respect and work with people from all walks of life and worldviews, of any faith or none at all.
