Think of Us (TOU) is a research and design lab working to transform the nation\'s foster care system and improve outcomes for the millions of children and families it impacts each year. Led and guided by people with lived experience, TOU partners with leaders and practitioners across the country to create and implement disruptive, scalable solutions and policy reforms.As the Senior Director of Data and Analytics, I lead a cross-functional team of analysts and engineers to build our company-wide data infrastructure (Azure & Databricks), establish data governance standards, and implement self-service analytics tools for our Virtual Support Services program (Metabase & Tableau). I also oversee the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for innovative AI and data products like our Lived Experience Engine. We transform data insights into program improvement, field-driven strategies, and policy recommendations, working to improve outcomes for youth and families involved in child welfare systems.
