Launched new globally consistent approaches to Talent Management, Mentoring programs for specific cohorts, Gender Diversity, Leadership and Management Development and a range of employee engagement approaches. Optimised the approach to recruitment and direct sourcing to support company growth, Specific focus is on engaging the business leaders and building HR capability to be able to drive these activities, optimise the employee experience and gain maximum business benefit.
