I am an MBA (HR) graduate currently working as an HR Executive (Intern) in the Onboarding Team at a semiconductor organization. My role is focused on supporting employee joining processes, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a smooth and positive first-day experience for new joiners.I work closely with HR systems and internal teams to support onboarding tracking, employee data updates, documentation, and coordination across locations. This exposure has helped me understand how structured onboarding processes contribute to employee confidence and organizational efficiency.During my academics, I worked on projects related to employee engagement and emotional intelligence, which strengthened my interest in people-centric HR practices. Alongside HR, I bring strong communication and anchoring skills developed through formal and informal stage experiences.I enjoy learning through hands-on work, clear communication, and contributing meaningfully within my role.
