ABOUT STAVROS MAILLAKAKIS
I’m a third-year student at the University of Miami majoring in Exercise Physiology on the pre-Physical Therapy track, with a minor in Health Management and Policy. I currently hold a 3.7 GPA and have been named to the Dean’s List in the School of Education and Human Development.I’m deeply involved in the UM community, both academically and professionally. I conduct research at the Max Orovitz Laboratory, serve as a lifeguard at the campus pool. I also have good experience in the world of Physical Therapy with work as a rehabilitation technician, gaining hands-on experience in patient care. I also serve on the executive board of the Physical Therapy Student’s Association, where I help support fellow students pursuing careers in PT.With a strong foundation in science, leadership, and clinical experience, I’m passionate about advancing in the field of physical therapy and Human Performance.
