My ambition is to duplicate my success in South Africa by building a business in the US to over $25 m USD with 20% margins in the USA. I am searching for the right opportunity and financial partner. I thank my Greek heritage for having instilled a sense of work hard, play hard and have fun doing both whilst living life to the fullest. This way of life led me to build a dynamic food & beverage concept and chain in South Africa that won Best Cocktail Bar of the Year for twenty consecutive years. In store mornings began with coffee and breakfast and then progressed into a trendy, vibey cocktail bar. Since the company’s inception I began expanding to include and coffee partnerships. One of my greatest achievements as CEO was being awarded total responsibility for public food & beverage for the FIFA World Cup 2010. We served over two million customers across 64 games, providing employment to It was a huge logistics, hiring and training endeavor, and we made our country proud. Our company culture was central to our success, and the building blocks included: • Instilling a leadership attitude of “how can I help you” and “get it done”. • Growing smart decision makers. • Create memorable touch points at every location. • Unwavering determination I made the hard choice to relocate my family to the USA from South Africa because of growing concerns about the political environment and safety and am now based in South Florida. My financial partners in South Africa were delighted with our stellar results, and with the drive and culture behind them. My global network is also extensive as a result my affiliation and involvement with both Young Presidents of Organization (YPO) and Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) as well as concluding the FIFA World Cup deal, and our exclusive agreement with Krispy Kreme and other partnerships.
