Conduct precise calculations and verification to ensure the accuracy of compounding instructions prior to initiating sterile compounding processes.• Inspect ingredients for container integrity, particulate matter, and discoloration before compounding• Prepare sterile non-hazardous and hazardous products, including chemotherapy, Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), controlled substances, and other medications, adhering to aseptic techniques and compliance with Bayshore policies, National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA) standards, and Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) guidelines.• Perform housekeeping duties in compliance with NAPRA and OCP standards to maintain sterility and operational excellence in controlled areas.• Affix accurate prescription labels and auxiliary labels (e.g, refrigerate, light-sensitive) to compounded products, ensuring regulatory compliance.• Maintain legally required documentation and pharmacy records as per Bayshore policies, OCP, and ISO standards.• Manage inventory levels for medications, infusion solutions, and supplies, following established procurement procedures.• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, technicians, logistics coordinators, and nurse consultants, to ensure seamless operations.
