ABOUT STATHIS EFSTATHIOS-ALEXANDROS TINGAS
Dr. Stathis Tingas is a Chartered Engineer (IMechE) and an Associate Professor of Engineering Mathematics at Edinburgh Napier University, specializing in mathematical modelling, computational simulations, and the optimization of complex multi-scale systems. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Aeronautics, an MSc in Applied Mechanics, and a PhD in Mechanics, with a career spanning academia, industry, and military aviation, including roles as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at KAUST, Lecturer in Engineering and Aviation, and Jet Engine Fleet Manager in the Hellenic Air Force.
