Leading one of EssilorLuxottica’s most strategic growth initiatives by driving the scale-up of the Wearables (Smart Glasses) business across the DACH region within the wholesale division.I hold end-to-end responsibility for defining and executing the regional strategy, delivering ambitious revenue targets, and ensuring disciplined governance as the business transitions from launch into full commercial scale. The role sits at the intersection of innovation, commercial leadership, and organizational transformation, translating global priorities into sustained regional performance.I lead the DACH governance and steering model for Wearables, coordinating markets and functions while acting as the primary regional interface with EMEA and global leadership. The position involves continuous engagement with C-level and VP stakeholders, reflecting the high visibility, complexity, and strategic relevance of the initiative.Core responsibilities and impact:Owning the DACH Wearables strategy in alignment with EMEA and global directionDriving regional revenue growth for Smart Glasses in a B2B / wholesale environmentLeading regional governance and steering forums to ensure alignment, prioritization, and execution excellenceOrchestrating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, digital, and innovationBuilding organizational readiness and contributing to the setup of a dedicated Wearables team as the business scalesActing as the regional authority on market insights, partner dynamics, and future growth opportunitiesThis role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability, and executive exposure, contributing directly to EssilorLuxottica’s long-term vision for connected eyewear and the evolution of the category at scale.
