In my most current role I managed the Sharp Prebys Innovation and Education Center. I oversaw a team who put on over 300 events a year in all different industries. I managed the team\'s schedule for event and AV coverage, generated close to 500K in revenue in my second year and led a team who put on memorable internal, external and community events. Before that I worked for Buffini and Company as an Onsite Event Specialist. I managed travel for our staff and created diagrams to determine best attendee experience. I worked with AV to understand what the best look and feel should be. I also worked in Salesforce to run reports to understand who is our audience and how can we use that information to deliver a strong message and sell. I also oversaw a roadcrew who helped with setting up different booths, signage, the stage etc. I love working with people and creating these experiences. I previously worked for Aya Healthcare managing conferences handling onsite support, logistics and business development. I previously was in the marketing department and managed the events and trade shows for HME. Everything from registering the events and sponsorship\'s, setting up the exhibit booths, managing a show schedule along with the budget, booking flights and hotels and deciding which shows to attend and working with the sales reps across the U.S. and Canada. Also attending events as a brand ambassador and generating interest in the products and service. All of these experiences created memorable events for attendees, vendors and the companies I worked for. I have a passion for helping people and enjoy helping a company grow its footprint.

   Senior Project Manager leading the execution of 100+ trade shows and live event projects annually across the United States. I manage the full lifecycle of each project—from render development and electrical layouts to graphic coordination, warehouse pre-builds, and on-site supervision—ensuring seamless delivery in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.I partner closely with clients to refine renders, layouts, and branded graphics, guiding projects through revisions while maintaining momentum and protecting timelines. I lead kickoff meetings, oversee show service submissions, coordinate pre-build documentation and photos, and serve as the communication bridge between internal operations teams and clients to ensure alignment at every stage.With high show volume and complex logistics, critical thinking and problem-solving are central to my role. Each project presents unique challenges— last-minute design changes, labor confirmation, and installation timelines. I proactively identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward without compromising quality or client expectations.Sometimes on show site, I provide hands-on supervision to ensure installations meet design intent and brand standards. I leverage tools such as CompanyCam, Trello, Microsoft Suite, and Excel to maintain organization, transparency, and operational efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.Driven by precision, accountability, and strategic coordination, I thrive in high-volume environments where adaptability, communication, and execution excellence are critical to success.
