Partner with the Senior Vice President of Specialty Operations. Responsible for developing and implementing effective human resources strategies that drive business results within assigned client group. Serve as an advisor to senior business leaders on a wide variety of human resources topics including, but not limited to: organizational design and planning, talent development, succession planning, culture, engagement, recruiting, retention, employee relations, legal issues and process improvement. Partner with human resources shared services functions to administer and communicate total rewards, benefits, diversity, employment, engagement, and corporate development programs. Lead a team of 8 geographically diverse human resources professionals.
