Worked on multiple translational and basic research projects to study T-cell immune response, basic mechanisms in antigen presentation, T-cell recognition, signaling and function in cancer. These processes are implied in immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs)(aPD-1, aCTLA-4 or combination) therapy-associated gastrointestinal toxicity (irAEs) and neoantigen discovery. Research approach encompasses genetic, cellular and molecular biology methods along with structural studies. The lab works both with mouse models and with patient samples, bridging basic research and clinical care.
