Responsibilities included the triage and troubleshooting of Azure resource access issues based on Active Directory and Entra ID utilizing Entra Connect Sync and Entra Cnnect Cloud Sync, device registration, SaaS application provisioning and authentication, Azure MFA configuration, configuration of conditional access policies, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and Azure Key Vault. Provided advanced level support to customers from around the world, and collaborated with other Microsoft Support teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
