During this time, handled more customer revenue (support $) and resolved more tickets than any other person on the team of more than ten Engineers. Received an NWN Outstanding Achievement award for 2016. Next moved to an escalation role as UC Team Lead reporting to the Director of Cloud Operations. Currently, handling the major upgrades and ops maintenance for more than 60 different Cisco customers (including upgrades for CUCM, Unity Connection clusters, Presence, UCCX, Informacast paging, Expressways, Finesse, and CER servers).
