Proven track record in agile development processes, regulatory compliant data, risk and change management, cost reduction and Level 3 technology support across mobile, web, middleware and backend hosts. Selected achievements include: Orchestrated high speed change initiative to reduce time-to-market of independent changes to software. Designed and built new infrastructure and more agile development methods, with new automation, security and controls. Delivered presentations and training to over 1,700 global users, managers and executives. Managed a ‘shift left’ program to automate encrypting, maintaining and ETL provisioning of PCI and GDPR compliant testing data to over 500 enterprise applications. Delivered weekly presentations to senior executive stakeholders to report status, KPIs and financials. This $7MM program reduced annual labor costs by $12MM.Led team for, and personally executed, client workflow analysis and process re-engineering, and global rollout of new IT Service Management product for service, problem, change and asset management. Developed and delivered on-site executive presentations, user education and go-live support in US, Canada and Europe.
