I currently work at Sysco as a Scrum Master in the Merchandising Area of Business Technology department. My broad IT experience, technical background and broad business experience combined with my excellent analysis skills and very good written and verbal communication skills make me a valuable asset to any IT organization. I\'m an Agile evangelist and started the Scrum Masters Community of Practice at Sysco. Specialties: Project Management of large development projects in many large multi-national corporations. Budgeting, scheduling, risk management, issue management, vendor contracts, quality control, leadership, scope control, change management, SDLC processes and application integration. Current specialty is agile teams and Dev Ops. Agile initiatives utilizing Jira Cloud, Jira Portfolio, Confluence and Workday applications.
