This includes planning the work, monitoring and controlling the execution of the project, and closing out.Processing inquiries, specifications of equipment, and budgetary quotations for the company’s products based on customer requirements.Working with the design/technical manager to prioritize the drawings to be drawn based on the delivery dates for each project.Reviewing technical and commercial requirements of customers centered on the contracts received.Oversee contract and customer documentation for assigned project, ensuring it is prepared in compliance with company procedures and contract requirements. Checking performance calculation and other technical data prepared during the quotation, ensuring such data is recorded appropriately in the contract file.Pricing the products/services and determining delivery and commercial terms in accordance with the company’s policies.Ensuring changes to the contract affecting price, delivery, or both are fully monitored, and variation orders/change requests are promptly obtained from the customer.Maintaining a good relationship with clients, and resolving any issue regarding contractual matters.Working with the inspection specialist to ensure that the work is done to the specific standard and quality.On a monthly basis, reporting On-Time Delivery results of all projects to the directors.Reviewing the possible causes of delay on any project that exceeded the delivery time.Using CRM database for opportunities and inquiries updates.
