   President and founder of BTEK Software, Inc. and has led development of many varied projects. Project highlights include the following: •DBA for American Express EUC team •DBA for Intel Decision Engineering group. Supported hundreds of Microsoft SQL Server instances including AGs with multi-Data Center locations. Created home grown baseline data capture SQL application for tracking of SQL servers. Used Idera SQLdm, Solarwinds DPA, SCOM, and other tools. •DBA for many in-house VLDB systems with failover cluster instances (FCI); remote DBA for many clients, keeping their respective database systems running efficiently and effectively. •Worked on the AT & T Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and was the Administrator of source control software and wrote the encryption and security systems for the Chain of custody. Was brought in as a teacher for the software they were using and ended up designing the database structure and programming. •Worked with a Honeywell tiger team on the data capture tool for the Boeing Directed 8 programmers (Cut from 22) on the project that was 2 years behind in schedule. Brought the project back on schedule and released the software to the 1800 manufactures of all products in the plane. Also worked on 747-400 project while on site at Honeywell. •Led team of programmers in design/development of gas mixture programming for Matheson Gas. Software was designed to predict explosive mixtures. •Has taught many hardware and software classes. Many other development projects, with each development effort requiring design expertise in networking, Very Large Databases (VLDB) and software applications.
