Operate Wafer Print equipment in a cleanroom environment, following strict GMP and ISO standards to ensure product quality and compliance- Conduct in-line and manual inspections using visual and software tools; accurately document data in Traksuite and other systems- Support production of diagnostic cartridge components, including covers, bases, and wafers, used in point-of-care medical devices- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, FIFO inventory handling, workstation cleanliness, and ergonomic practices as per EH & S and departmental guidelines- Perform routine maintenance tasks, restocking, and preparation of wafer/component shipments; log and track deliveries and returns- Collaborate with engineering, process technicians, and support teams to resolve equipment or process issues, and participate in studies and process improvement initiatives- Demonstrate commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement; proactively contribute ideas to enhance quality and workflow- Use MS Office and Kronos systems for timekeeping, reporting, and internal communication.
