Security Consultant Program Manager Project Manager - Hsbc @HSBC

Responsible for Global Technology Solutions (GTS) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities, Security & Risk Management Team for USA Zone, ensuring Data Loss Prevention in Transit, Reviewing Commingle Controls, Compliance and Reviewing of Documents and Procedures to enhance Corporate Information Security for success. Daily activities include monitoring our emails for alerts, email notifications, or possible incidents, analyzing incidents and Resolving Incidents using available tools, investigating, and determining whether it is a valid threat to the organization • Collaborate closely with the Global Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team, PCI/DSS Compliance Standardization Weekly Meetings with team, to ensure compliance with corporate Security Policies. • Identify and Monitor risks associated with, DLP, Data Privacy, Create, and maintain action plans to resolve issues in a timely manner, Consult on Clean team activities, Data Governance and Agreements with Legal, Support the programs/projects workstreams, focusing on PMO governance and project management best practices, including workstream dependencies, and project Status analysis with PMO team, attend PCI/DSS meetings for review and implementation. • Review Steps taken on data being transferred as part of the purchase agreement including Data security handling of highly restricted data in transit and at rest, Data Masking and tools, Networking protocols and protections necessary to segregate or protect environment during this transfer of customer data and equipment and adhering of proper controls and recommend solutions or compensating controls. • Planning and managing projects to successful completion. • Conduct Risk Assessment, analyze project incident reporting outputs, recommendations, and improvement, prepare materials, maintain library of templates, documentations. • Collaborate with Global team to ensure adequate DLP, PCI/DSS procedures, Implementing of Commingled Controls to help comply with regulations.
