The Assistant Director/Investigator for Title IX serves as the manager of investigative processes related to the Gender-Based Misconduct, Sexual Assault, and Intimate Partner Violence Policy at both the DeLand Campus and the College of Law of Stetson University. Works with the Executive Director for Title IX and Deputy Coordinators to review, develop and review processes, responses and policies for consitency with Federal and State laws, NCAA and athletics conference requirements and other University policies with an emphasis on investigating alleged cases of sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking. Oversees the operation of training for students, faculty and staff work related to bias and discrimination. Assists the Office of Community Standards with investigations of conduct violations.
