ABOUT STANISLAV PRODANOV

As a Mechanical Manager, I oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems for various construction projects. I work with a team of skilled technicians and contractors, ensuring that the work is done safely, efficiently, and according to the specifications and standards.I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management from the University of West London, where I learned the fundamentals of planning, organizing, and managing construction projects. I also have extensive experience in structural welding and metal fabrication, which I acquired from my previous roles as a Mechanical Supervisor and a Construction Manager at Price Building Services. In my current and previous positions, I have demonstrated my ability to handle complex and challenging tasks, such as supervising the installation of a new HVAC system for a large commercial building, coordinating the fabrication of metal components for a bridge project, and managing the budget and schedule of a renovation project. I have also improved the quality and efficiency of the mechanical operations, reducing the costs, risks, and delays. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve the work I do. I am also good at communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders, such as clients, engineers, architects, and suppliers. My goal is to continue to grow and contribute as a professional in the construction industry.
