Tasks:• Disciplinary and functional responsibility for finance, accounting and controlling (8 employees),• Preparation of annual, half-yearly, quarterly and monthly financial statements and reports in accordance with HGB,• Preparation of budget, liquidity and investment plans,• Optimisation of the internal control system,• Reporting, analysing and communicating key financial figures for the CEO, Supervisory Board, investors and stakeholders,• Contact person for the CEO and the management team,• Coordination of tax consultants and auditors,• Contact for accounting and tax law issues,• Management of investor relations activities (roadshows, analyst and investor support, annual reports, annual general meetings, etc.),• Further development of the ERP system and digital systems as well as automation of processes,• Contact for banks, insurance companies, auditors and stakeholders.Aufgaben:• Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für Bereiche Finanzen, Buchhaltung, Controlling (8 Mitarbeiter),• Erstellung von Jahres, Halbjahres- und -Quartals- und Monatsabschlüssen und -berichten nach HGB,• Erstellung Budget, Liquidität- und Investitionsplanungen,• Optimierung des internen Kontrollsystems,• Reporting, Analyse und Kommunikation der wesentlichen wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen für den CEO, Aufsichtsrat, die Investoren und Stakeholder,• Ansprechpartner für den CEO und das Management-Teams,• Koordination von Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern,• Ansprechpartner für Bilanzierungsthemen und Fragen des Steuerrechts,• Steuerung der Investor Relations Aktivitäten (Roadshows, Analysten- und Investorenbetreuung, Geschäftsberichte, Hauptversammlungen etc.),• Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems und digitaler Systeme sowie Automatisierung der Prozesse,• Ansprechpartner für Banken, Versicherungen, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden.
