The project has customized SDLC flow: RnD starts from the business problem, we gather more information from stakeholders, analyze potential options and choose the right technology and approach to solve the case. Then we create a prototype and release it to a small subset of users. If this MVP is successful, we document our technical decisions, drivers, and architecture suggestions and pass on further development to other teams.
