I build and own production-critical infrastructure — from first commit to production operations.Currently running XCLOUDLABS (xcloudlabs.ai), a DevOps consultancy where I take full ownership of client platforms: infrastructure strategy, security, FinOps, reliability, CI/CD, and AI-powered automation. One client engagement cut product onboarding from 1 week to 20 minutes through custom AI integration and MCP server development. Multiple cloud providers, multiple concurrent clients, full architectural autonomy.Before that: Staff Software Engineer at Visa, where I architected the payment platform infrastructure — PCI-DSS compliant, blue/green EKS deployments, zero-downtime database migrations. Joined through the Payworks acquisition, promoted Senior → Staff within two years.Earlier: two startup exits as the founding DevOps engineer. Diwip ($100M acquisition) and Somoto ($50M acquisition).
