I have led lean process improvements at one of the largest aerospace manufacturers in the world and completed an MBA at Brigham Young University.LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCEFor over 12 years I have worked in a wide variety of roles as a manufacturing engineer at The Boeing Company. I began my career doing producibility analysis for design reviews and then transitioned to operations for multiple airplane models and components - for both commercial and military airplanes - including a 1 year international assignment.I have led numerous cross-functional teams to successfully implement lean concepts in factory environments to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
