Completed XA7.15 LTSR Infrastructure upgrade to CU7 (in test, PROD and DR sites) without downtime;• Designed and built fast and stable PVS based 1912 LTSR infrastructure hosted in Azure (POC, Test, Prod and DR), made it work in conjunctions with Citrix Cloud (DaaS): highly available and optimized (16-20 sec average session start).100+ servers, 200+ apps, 800+ concurrent sessions. Created 10+ W2019/W2022 images, configured Citrix infra monitoring. Built CVAD 2203 on-prem (for few apps which couldn’t migrate). Completed in place upgrade to CVAD 2402CU2 LTSR on-prem and PVS/VDA in a cloud. Retired 7.15 LTSR;• Designed and created new AD OU structure, migrated and re-done all AD/Citrix policies, assisted Networking team with NetScaler (on-prem) setup and configuration, n-Factor, GSLB;• Completed all medical applications migration to Citrix Cloud. Closely collaborated with application analysts, app owners, project managers, vendors, Citrix support, created comprehensive documentation, performed support teams’ trainings;• Performed quarterly MS patching, software updates on demand, maintenance and performance optimizations, Workspace app, rare issues troubleshooting if appeared.
