Stan Cross, a multifaceted entrepreneur, community leader, and compassionate counselor, hails from the historic city of Roanoke, Virginia. Raised amidst the striking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Stan exhibited a natural proclivity for technical sciences from an early age. He pursued this passion at Virginia Tech, where he graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering. His academic journey did not end there, however. Stan continued his studies at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, earning a Masters of Divinity and demonstrating his capacity to bridge the gap between technological progress and human values. Stan\'s multifarious career has taken him to several major cities. From the streets of New York City to the historic alleys of London and the dynamic tech hub of Seattle. Currently, he calls the beautiful city of San Luis Obispo, California home. For 23 years, Stan made a significant impact on the consumer market as the CEO of an innovative regional Appliance and Electronics company. His business acumen further shone through as he founded and successfully managed a 14-store regional rental company. However, Stan\'s contributions extend beyond the business world. He has served as the President of the Council of Community Services and offered invaluable support to the vulnerable populations of his community. In Roanoke, Stan worked as a counselor for the homeless and addicted. He continued this noble work as a counselor to prisoners at CMC prison in San Luis Obispo. On the international stage, Stan held the position of the US Director for Interdev, a Seattle-based global partnership development organization. This role signified his ability to create and nurture relationships on a global scale. At present, Stan serves as a real estate agent in San Luis Obispo, assisting residents and newcomers in finding their perfect homes. Not one to rest on his laurels, he has also just founded a new venture, Synergistic Intelligence. This innovative consulting firm is dedicated to assisting startups in achieving organic and sustainable growth. With a career that spans over three decades and crosses multiple industries, Stan Cross embodies a spirit of relentless determination, innovation, and empathy. He continues to challenge the status quo, be it in business or societal issues, leading with his heart as much as his intellect. From his roots in Roanoke, Virginia to his current base in San Luis Obispo, California, Stan\'s journey is a testament to the power of diverse education, committed entrepreneurship, and engaged citizenship.
