To facilitate inward and outward transformation in individuals and neighborhoods in all areas of life, physical, spiritual, emotional, social and economic in a neighborhood and then connect these neighborhoods to transform their city.NT desires to assist individuals and church members to form a team and go into their neighborhood, or a local poor neighborhood, and become involved with the people. To accomplish this they help locals to discover their assets, listen to what they, as a community want to do and when they want to do it. Using group facilitation and organization techniques, the neighborhood begins to do things that helps transform their place (physically, spiritually, emotionally, economically and socially) in their neighborhood. From there, the neighborhood and churches are networked together in the city, and cities are then networked together to help eradicate poverty all across North America. However the key basic ingredient is transforming individuals to be equipped and motivated to work together for the enhancement of their neighborhood.
