   As a Senior Video Production Specialist at Quad/Graphics, I produce a wide range of engaging, customer-facing video content in collaboration with Cabela’s that yields measured success on social media channels and cabelas.com. To achieve this measured success, I execute video concepts from idea development to completion including storyboarding, script writing, shooting, editing, color correction, graphics and sound design.One of my core attributes in building client relationships is understanding the needs of the client throughout the production life cycle. This requires me to be the lead on all field, studio and post-production projects and leading a very efficient, content producing team.I\'m very proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Prelude, Media Encoder, Illustrator and Photoshop. The scope of my what I bring to this position is my ability to produce the correct content for the specified product or event. I also engineer and direct live streaming events for Cabela\'s.Of course the video department I have the pleasure to lead, wouldn\'t be successful if not for the efforts and continued education of the team in new production software and industry trends.
