Provides Executive Leadership to the health system, hospitals and physician leaders for the Neuroscience Institute, Spine & Pain Management and Comprehensive Cancer Center. In collaboration with physician leaders, ensures a consistent neuroscience and oncology brand while delivering a comprehensive, integrated care experience across the organization. Functions as an internal consultant and administrative partner for service line Medical Directors to accomplish system-wide clinical, quality, financial and research objectives. Serves as the administrative liaison for physicians, both employed and private practice. Monitors the internal/external environment to proactively identify and assess opportunities related to service line trends and changes, accreditation requirements, market dynamics and evolving physician landscape. Key point of contact for facilitation for service line strategic and business issues in the physician enterprise, hospital senior executive team, marketing & communications, managed care, human resources, facilities, foundation and other service line leaders.
