ABOUT STAN KORCZYNSKI

I bring broad maintenance experience of over thirty years as well as an aptitude for adaptability, customer service and creative problem-solving. I currently hold a valid inter-provincial “Red Seal” Electrician’s Certificate, combined with a diverse background through working in various industries such as food processing, furniture, automotive and bakery equipment manufacturing and service. Thus, I have thirty years of Canadian Industrial Electrician work experience, in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision. The skill set that I would bring to your team includes analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented competencies. My strengths are in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, which includes PLC Component troubleshooting of Omron Processor Systems, Motor controls and Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers. I attained this electrical maintenance experience through diligent repair of electrical manufacturing equipment within a fast-paced automated environment. I developed a strong mechanical background through working at Siemens Canada, Agropur Natrel Division and other industries throughout my maintenance career. I also have strong experience in HMI, VFD, Servo applications, Distributed Control, Motor Controls, AC and DC Motor Drive Systems, and Instrumentation Devices. Furthermore, my troubleshooting experience includes correcting deficiencies pertaining to process control loops, flow measurement and system control.Being focused on continuous learning, I have pursued maintenance-related courses which have allowed me to thrive in a technology-based environment along with the necessary computer, team, interpersonal and communication skills. Overall, I am eager to explore opportunities for professional growth which will allow me to add further value.
