Vice President – EnterpriseStan Cameron joined BearCom in June 1998 through an acquisition and has built a distinguished career spanning multiple leadership roles, including Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Director, and Regional Vice President. He was appointed Vice President – Enterprise after consistently demonstrating strategic vision, operational excellence, and an exceptional ability to grow high‑performing teams.Stan has been active in the wireless communications industry since 1995, with earlier experience at NetWireless and Prime Matrix, a cellular reseller. Throughout his tenure at BearCom, he has led the Western Region to sustained success across rentals, sales, and service. Under his leadership, the region has repeatedly ranked among the company’s top performers, expanding its customer base across diverse vertical markets and driving adoption of BearCom’s full suite of voice, video, and security technology solutions.Stan is deeply committed to empowering the people who support BearCom’s mission. He believes the company’s sales, rental, and service teams are among the best in the industry. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration — working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions that meet complex operational needs.Stan resides in Southern California with his wife and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside.
