I\'m a BCA graduate from Kristu Jayanti College(Autonomous), joined Amazon Corporate as a fresher and currently working as a ‘Transaction Risk Investigator’ in ‘Buyer Risk Investigation’ department of ‘Amazon Corporate’, I am responsible for handling customer appeals by understanding their reason for contact and provided suitable resolution as per the SOP. In the past 2.6 years at Amazon I was able to improve on my logical skills to identify and analyse patterns that can cause future risk for the company/customer, added those to the SOP table and at times improved the existing SOP contents by eliminating the grey areas.I was also able to develop on my communications both in verbal and written form, I did learn to interaction with my fellow peers in communicating the key process changes for easy adaptation. I also received opportunities to couch new hires on the process paradigm.
