I spent the biggest part of my career in Logistics and manufacturing for important companies, experiencing both electrical and automotive businesses as operation, Logistic territory and plant manager. Few years ago I’ve been given the opportunity to challenge myself in a fully different role as Quality and customer satisfaction manager for logistics requesting more influence and conviction skills. Today I’m leading service operations for Italy to support Growth, improve customers satisfaction and transform our organisation to be more digital and focused on recurring business. All those experiences gave me the possibility to reshape and master my management method, experiencing more sharing and delegation with high level profiles within my team. Within the first 20 years of my career I touched lots of different functions as manager: production, method, maintenance, quality dealing in few cases with complex production processes, on top of that my curiosity lead me to change job several times within the same companies. Lately, I’ve been involved in many projects that have required my language and leadership skills to collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
