My personal contributions to IJL have been vast and varied dating back to the start of my IJL career in 2006. The success of our IJL franchise group is a result of the right combination of exceptional client service standards & effective potential client engagement processes. As our group has continued to grow over the last five years (both in the geographical midwest region itself and beyond), my focus has been on the development and management of the client experience piece of our business as a whole. Overseeing our client service teams & managers themselves, in addition to the processes that help us achieve the client experience standards that we hold ourselves to, are a focal point of every day.Additionally, I am directing all aspects of our talent acquisition and retention in our seven locations. My daily goal is to continue to build and foster the most successful and fulfilled team of sales and client service professionals possible via an effective recruitment & hiring process, strong employee engagement and benefit offerings that fit the modern professional world.With a team of almost 50+, the progress and achievements of all IJL Midwest locations has been significant since the Our specifically defined core values help us continue to drive a strong culture within our organization that sets us apart from this constantly evolving - and incredibly fascinating - industry.
